How to Submit a Request
Email sales@dafmelio.com or contact us via Phone/WhatsApp at +91 81223 30344. State that your request is a Data Privacy Request or Data Deletion Request and provide the contact detail associated with your interaction so we can locate the relevant records.
Identity Verification
We may request reasonable information to verify the requester or an authorised representative. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive information.
What Happens Next
After reviewing a valid request, we may provide information about stored data, correct inaccurate information, update incomplete information, delete eligible information, restrict certain communications or record a withdrawal of consent/marketing opt-out, as applicable.
Information We May Need to Retain
Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal requirements, accounting or tax obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal claims. Such information will be retained only as appropriate for the applicable purpose.
WhatsApp Marketing Opt-Out
If you no longer wish to receive promotional WhatsApp communications from Dafmelio, reply STOP or clearly request that promotional messages stop. We will take reasonable steps to record and apply the opt-out, subject to necessary service or legally required communications.
